Ford Vietnam Donates All-New Transit for Training at Thainguyen University of Technology (TNUT)

Ford Vietnam has reinforced its commitment to education and skills development by donating an All-New Transit for training purposes to Thainguyen University of Technology (TNUT). This initiative - part of Ford’s ongoing efforts to support the future workforce - aims to provide students with practical experience in automotive engineering and technology.

The handover ceremony, held on 14 March, featured a tour of TNUT’s training facilities, an introduction to the donated Transit, and interactive discussions between Ford representatives and students. The vehicle, provided specifically for educational and training use, will serve as a valuable resource, enabling students to gain hands-on experience in vehicle engineering, maintenance, and repair.

Speaking at the event, Ms Hoàng Thị Thanh Tâm, Deputy General Director of Ford Vietnam, highlight the importance of fostering collaboration between industry and education:

"At Ford Vietnam, we recognize that the future of the automotive industry on the next generation of skilled professionals. Through this donation to TNUT, we hope to equip students with practical experience, helping them deepen their understanding of modern vehicle technologies and industry practices."

By bridging the gap between academic study and real-world application, this initiative offers students first-hand exposure to automotive manufacturing and engineering, preparing them for careers in the sector.
