With the theme “Conquer New Heights,” the event highlights operational excellence, collaboration, business growth, and enhanced customer experience as the driving forces for 2025.
Mr. Ruchik Shah, Managing Director of Ford Vietnam, delivered an inspiring speech at the event: "Following the outstanding achievements in 2024 that we have achieved by "Unlocking Opportunities, Unleashing the Future" together, we are ready to step into the promising and challenging year 2025 to "Conquer New Heights". In 2024, Ford Vietnam achieved outstanding sales milestones, with 42,200 vehicles sold, marking an 11% increase over the previous year. November set a new all-time monthly sales record with 5,593 units sold, surpassing the previous high in October. The Ranger, Everest, and Transit continued to lead the charge, while the Territory and Explorer saw impressive growth, further strengthening Ford's position across key segments.
At the gathering, Ms. Yokontorn Wisadkosin emphasized two key priorities for 2025: Excellence and Growth. She underscored the importance of executing market strategies effectively, enhancing customer communication, and improving sales forecasting—all while prioritizing exceptional customer service.
