Transit Courier Ticks all the Boxes for Romanian Telecoms Giant

CRAIOVA, Romania - Ford has just completed delivery of 471 Transit Couriers to Romanian telecommunications holding company DIGI Romania.
Manufactured at Ford Otosan’s state-of-the-art assembly plant in Craiova, the vans will go straight into service with the company which also has businesses in Italy, Spain, Portugal and Belgium.
Transit Courier is available with a choice of 125 PS or 100 PS 1.0-litre EcoBoost petrol engines, as well as a 100 PS 1.5-litre EcoBlue diesel engine.
Last month @Ford reported how the launch of the Transit Courier is moving to the next key phase, with production of the new fully electric E-Transit Courier now underway in Craiova, offering up to 300 km of range and up to 700 kg payload.
