DUNTON, UK – Four Ford leaders were praised for delivering excellence in their respective fields at a prestigious Autocar “Drivers of Change” ceremony in London recently.
Berenice Kude, Skills Sprint Operational Lead, Ford UK, was applauded for “leading the product development charge for Ford Britain to reskill vital gaps within electrification, electronics and controls, big data, management and leadership, software engineering and human-centred design”.
Nadia Price, Learning and Development Manager, Ford Britain, was honoured for “overseeing the HR Talent charge, leading a shake-up and a call to action for Ford Britain”.
Emma Hill, treasurer, FCE Bank PLC, was praised for “leading a cross-cultural team of 11 individuals based in both the UK and India, and cultivating a collaborative and agile environment”.
Philipp Loewer, Ford Europe’s internal communications lead, was congratulated for “fundamentally enhancing employee engagement”.
Held and judged in association with the Society of Motor Manufacturers and Traders and Ennis & Co, Autocar Drivers of Change is a new initiative championing diverse talent in the automotive industry.
Autocar editor Mark Tisshaw said: “The automotive industry is one that historically has not been especially inclusive or diverse, but there are brilliant individuals doing fantastic work in all sectors to reverse that trend. Drivers of Change seeks to highlight their achievements.
