As part of separating Ford from competitors through unique ownership experiences and “owning off-road”, we held the first-ever Raptor Rally on Sept. 21 at the Ford Performance Racing School in Utah to foster grassroots advocacy and further strengthen Ford's ties to one of our most passionate owner communities.
More than 300 F-150, Bronco and Ranger Raptor owners and their guests joined the event, driving their Raptors from 26 states and 4 Canadian provinces. The one-day rally immersed attendees in closed course and open trail off-road drives, educational workshops, the chance to jump their own Raptor, meet and greets and hot lap opportunities with Ford Performance drivers Vaughn Gittin Jr, Loren Healy and Chris Polvoorde.
Professional off-road racer and podcaster Jim Beaver hosted the event and moderated a series of news announcements that customers heard first, including the Baja 1000 Ranger Raptor reveal, announcing Mitch Guthrie Jr. as the third driver for Ford’s 2025 Dakar Rally team, and new Raptor colors for the 2025 model year. A variety of Raptor-oriented aftermarket and lifestyle companies and local Raptor enthusiast clubs from across the U.S. also joined.
