Lincoln revealed the all-new Navigator in California last week during Monterey Car Week events leading up to the Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance. Long-time Lincoln ambassador Serena Williams was on hand for the debut with media, clients, VIPs, retailers, and enthusiasts.

Lincoln’s flagship SUV features a bold, new design, a reimagined interior, thoughtful signature features and new connected experiences.

Here’s a taste of what media had to say about Navigator.

Raves

“Lincoln's redesign of the Navigator three-row SUV showcases a technology-rich future for the brand, evolving the brand's offerings in the smaller Nautilus into a true flagship package.” – Newsweek

"Screen size may be the rim-diameter brag of the mid-2020s, and here a 48-incher spans the area atop the dashboard just below the new Lincoln Navigator’s windshield.” – Motor Trend

“On the new Navigator, Lincoln has significantly enhanced its focus on the vehicle’s interior, creating a space that emanates from the notion of sanctuary … There are armchairs with quilting and piping that match the techniques used on the SUV’s seating surfaces. Faceted crystal lamps call back to the crystal volume control knob on the Navigator’s dash. Lots of natural accessories represent the expanses of wood on the vehicle’s doors and console, and copper sculptures harken back to the cupric trim bits.” – Architectural Digest

“The 2025 Navigator is loaded with new tech features, including an upgraded 28-speaker Revel Ultima 3D audio system. The new Google-powered infotainment system now boasts a virtual voice assistant — as well as access to Amazon’s Alexa. It upgrades to a 5G cellular connection and offers an onboard Wi-Fi hotspot. Wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto are included. A range of vehicle settings can be customized and paired with individual keyfobs or with a smartphone, which serve as a keyfob alternative.” – GearJunkie

“Lincoln hopes you’ll find yourself parked in the truck as a way to relax, and has integrated a number of spa-inspired features to that end. Lincoln Rejuvenation mode adjusts the 24-way adjustable seats (30-way are optional), manages the climate and massage features, adjusts the lighting and sound elements, and even sprays bespoke scents to maximize relaxation.” – Road & Track

Rants

“Lincoln claims the Navigator is all-new, which is stretching things a bit. This is actually a heavy rework of the old car, and that’s reflected in the exterior design.” – Edmunds

“… now that the new Lincoln Navigator is here, we expect it to be the same or even better. However, it remains unchanged under the hood, with a 3.5-liter twin-turbocharged V6 making 440 horsepower and 510 lb.ft standard across all models.” – Men’s Journal

“The Navigator has some all-new looks on the outside, too, with an updated facia that looks more in line with the new Nautilus, including a light bar that cuts across the middle. Unfortunately, the Navigator isn’t evolving under the hood this year; it's still a massive gas truck running on a 3.5-liter twin-turbo V6 engine with no hybrid option like the Nautilus.” – The Verge
