How Ford Helped Four Belgian Olympic Athletes Get to Paris

COLOGNE, Germany – Ford has played a major role in helping four Belgian athletes realise their dreams of competing in Paris Olympics 2024.

The company has provided each of the competitors with vehicles perfectly adapted to their specific mobility needs.

Rani Rosius, who drives a Mustang Mach-E, is a 100m sprinter and relay runner. The reigning Belgian 100m champion will take to the track on August 2 in the individual 100m competition, and again on August 8 for the 4 x 100m relay.

Paulien Couckuyt is a 400-meter hurdler and 4 x 400m runner who will be in action on August 2 in the 400m hurdles and on August 9 in the 4 x 400m relay. She drives a Ford Kuga PHEV.

Paulien’s team-mate Hanne Verbruggen is a marathon runner who drives a Mustang Mach-E. She’s in action on August 11.
