Ford of Mexico thanks its dealers every year for their work, effort and excellence. These dealers have achieved what seems impossible, achieving great successes and fulfilling dreams, always seeking to contribute to their communities.
The President's Award is Ford Motor Company's highest recognition for the best Ford dealers and the best Lincoln dealer. For 40 years, we have celebrated all dealers who demonstrate continuous improvement and excellent customer service.
Dealers are recognized by this award in countries such as the United States, Thailand, Canada, Mexico, the Middle East, Australia, South Africa, Europe and Latin America, although each country has its own indicators to be able to win. For 2023 in Mexico, the criteria considered were:
- Be a Blue Oval 2023 dealer, a program that recognizes and rewards dealers for their performance and high commitment to the customers, to become a Blue Oval the dealer must be a Top Employee Performer and be in the Top 15.
- Have participated with a project in the Salute to Dealers program.
- Have a Ford school in effective working and support conditions.
Each of these three pillars are completed with a series of actions that are carried out throughout the year. These mean a real challenge for the participants, as it involves commitment and teamwork for each one of them.
