Look for competitor no. 150 at the 2024 Pike's Peak International Hillclimb
When Zebulon Pike first laid eyes on Pike's Peak, he swore no man would ever summit the mountain. This June, an all-new F-150 Lightning EV demonstrator is going to show ol' Zeb just how wrong he was.
Competing in the 102nd Pikes Peak International Hill Climb as competitor No. 150, the F-150 Lightning demonstrator will strike the mountain’s 156 turn, 12.42 mile course on the way to the 14,115-foot summit. It follows last year’s Transit SuperVan entry, taking on corners with intimidating names such as Bottomless Pit, Ragged Edge and the Devil’s Playground.
Qualifying days run from June 18-20 and the Hill Climb takes place June 23. Stay tuned for updates.
How do you think you’d fare on the 12.42 mile course at high speed? Exhilarated? Thrilled? Daunted?
