These state-of-the-art vans are equipped with advanced tools and technology, allowing them to perform standard maintenance tasks and bringing dealer-quality service directly to Ford customers.
These next generation mobile service vans represent Ford’s commitment to innovation and customer convenience, as well as its dedication to creating a seamless ownership experience for Ford vehicle owners.

Ford Vietnam’s innovative customer experience initiatives include the 'Discover Your Ford' learning hub, Ford experts, online service sooking, pickup & delivery services, mobile service vans, express service, loaner cars, and the FordPass app. These offerings empower our customers to easily book services, monitor their vehicle’s health, receive support whenever needed and the results of these efforts speak volumes.
For instance, since launched, Ford product experts have guided over 6,000 customers in selecting the right vehicle and understanding its features, while the 'Discover Your Ford' online archive has registered over 80,000 visits. These resources, along with the FordPass app—now activated by more than 90% of new customers in Vietnam— making Ford Vietnam one of the top global markets for app engagement.
Earlier this year, Ford Vietnam also pioneered the “Hanoi Model,” a first-in-industry guarantee of four-hour service or free to customers. Since its test launch in Hanoi, nearly 1,000 services have been completed outside traditional dealer premises.
