Since start of the plant operations back in 2015, Ford’s Sanand Engine Plant has achieved several significant milestones. The most recent being the accomplishment of half a million safe manhours in the P150 Project.

The P150 Project serves the need for constructing essential operational facilities to support Ford’s ongoing engine manufacturing activities.

Given the continued operation of Ford's Sanand Engine Plant, it is imperative to develop supporting infrastructure to maintain smooth and safe operations. This includes the construction of key facilities such as a Medical Center, Emergency Response Team (ERT) office, Creche, Main Security Building, Document Storage Room, Kitchen, Hazardous Waste Storage Building, 33KV Switchgear Room, and extensive Parking & Road facilities. These new structures are vital for ensuring regulatory compliance, safety standards, employee welfare, and operational efficiency.

The P150 Project at the Sanand Engine Plant is not just a place for work but a hub of dedication and commitment. The team is working tirelessly day in and day out, to ensure that every aspect of the project was executed flawlessly. And finally, the day arrived when the entire team gathered to celebrate a significant milestone - half a million safe manhours completed without a single incident. It has been a remarkable achievement for the team demonstrating their unwavering focus on safety and excellence.
