DEARBORN – FordPass Rewards members now can redeem their Points toward accessories purchases online, making it even easier for Ford owners to personalize their vehicles. Customers can visit accessories.ford.com to shop for a wide variety of accessories from roof tents and superchargers to trailer hitches, floor mats and pet harnesses.
Members can visit the accessories.ford.com site to shop for interior, exterior, electronic, wheel accessories and more. Members can use their Points, pay with a credit card, or use a combination of both on the site.
“We want to show our loyalty to FordPass Rewards members by giving them an easy way to earn and redeem their Points for accessories,” said Marc Mills, Ford Customer Experience Director. “This initiative is part of how we’re enhancing value at every customer experience touchpoint, from point of sale throughout their entire ownership journey with Ford.”
For convenience, accessories can be shipped to a customer’s home or to the dealer for installation. Also, returns are easy, returned purchases are credited back to the customer to based on the original form of payment.
Mills says that making it simple for FordPass Rewards members to personalize their vehicles by earning and redeeming Points for accessories is one of many ways Ford is elevating the customer experience and enhancing the value of membership.
To become a FordPass Rewards member, Ford owners simply need to download the FordPass App to their phone and accept terms and conditions. Members earn Points for things they already do with Ford, like routine maintenance and service visits at dealerships or purchasing a new Ford vehicle.
Over 11 million FordPass Rewards members in North America can now redeem their Points for accessories online.
